I visited Dawn Wing couriers to pay for a parcel being collected from JHB and delivered to me in Durban. I asked for the person to whom I had spoken to on the telephone and followed him into his office space only to be told by their rude receptionist that customers were "not allowed in the offices". I asked where the signage was that stated that as there was none, only to be told by the rude receptionist "I told you last time" (over 6 months ago! and to "SIT DOWN" in the reception as I was standing and incessantly have "sis""sis""sis""sis" being said to me over and over and over again and when I told her to desist, she promptly accused me of "being " when race had not been mentioned at all ever in the foray! The receptionist then said to me "do you want to take me on? "" Hey hey hey" ""common take me on" I mean what is that? I am 64 does she expect to physically hit me in the reception area because I ask that she stop saying sis sis sis sis sis sis to me?
It ended in a shouting match and me asking for my money back and leaving the premises and laying a charge of physical threat to me at the police station. I have notified their head office and let's see what action they take!
