I had my car towed by Volvo from my place to Volvo Tygervalley. The car was fixed and I fetched it. On my way home I noticed a crack on the windscreen at the right handside top corner. I notifed Volvo and they denied. Luckly I hav an inspection form that the towing driver left. The inspection form did not indicate a any windscreen cracks. Volvo said that when they received the car it had the crack already. If the carck was noticeable why the towing driver never noticed it. I aaksed the customer care to intervene and even today the matter is not resolved by Nompumelelo Mbatha. My last email on the 24thh July asking to escalate the matter was not answered untill today. Volvo servie is pathetic casue I had to change the windscreen from my own pocket.
