Failure to update client/Lack of delivery

It seems as though the only time one gets great service when it comes to cars, it's when they buy a new one. After that it's "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude that takes over. On the 01 Sep 2013 my car (Peugeot 307) broke down and it was towed to the Peugeot dealer Woodmead. I then received a call on the 02 Sep 2013 to let me know what the damages to my car would would be and that it would take 2 days to fix. That's when I paid the deposit for the work to commence on my car. A week later (09 Sep) I'm still waiting for someone to let me know the status on my car. I'm tired of calling and sending emails and no one bothers to get back to me. To cut a long story short Peugeot, your service is appalling. I travel a lot and I've been highly inconvenienced by the lack of communication from your side. Thank you for giving me a reason to buy a non-Peugeot for my next car.
