I bought my i20 in November 2012. Since then my car has been back to Hyundai Strijdom Park more than 4 times. First time the day after I bought the car. The fuses on steering wheel wasn't working. Then 1 month later after my first service because they didn't attach the wire under the passenger seat that activates the seatbelt light. Then the petrol tank gave problems and made a noise while driving. I asked them to fixed 3 thing but only 2 was dealt with. I took my car in on Friday 6 September for 60000 km service. When I got home I saw that my car has a serious oil leak. I am sick and tired of taking my car back every time. It is an inconvenience as I have no other form of transport. This is the biggest disappointment from any car dealer I have dealt with in the past. Hyundai South Africa are very quick to call and ask if you are happy with your service but the minute you complain, nobody gets back to you. Disgusting and not what I would expect of an international company.
