Just when I thought that companies in this amazing country of ours have all lost the plot when it comes to customer service, I walk into Harley Davidson in Umhlanga.
Rob Saunders and his team can teach many people and a number of these corporate companies how to treat clients. Brent and Michael, the two sales people that i dealt with were really fantastic.
