I bought a new BMW 1600 gtl from Eastview BMW. I took it for its 1st service on 3 September 2013. When I collect the bike the whole bike was scratched. I ask what happend and they told me the person who cleaned the motor bike used wool. The cleianing company now wants to respray my brand new bike but it is unacceptable to me. BMW told me its not their problem but the cleaning companies problem but I took the bike to BMW for a service not to the ceaning company to clean it. I want a new bike or BMW must give me back my money and pay me out for the extras on the bike. The value of the bike is R240 000.00
