Bought new Ford Ranger 2.2 Double cab. Got 11 000km on clock. Vehicle broke down last Thursday 29/08/2013. Call roadside assistance vehicle was towed to Witbank Ford. Had to drive 170km to get feedback. they did not get back to us. Up to date 03/09/2013 no vehicle still waiting for Ford SA for warranty claim. Service advisor at Witbank Ford is: Maryke Tel 013 693 8200. As a customer with 3 of these vehicle in the fleet, no replacement vehicle was offered.
