Worst Removal Company

On 2 September I was told my furniture would be delivered by 2 - 3 PM in the afternoon. I took the afternoon off work to await the arrival of my furniture.By 3:30 PM the furniture had not been delivered and I had not received a call to tell me the furniture was delayed. I called Nanda and was told that they were on their way and would be at my home in 30 minutes. I waited another 60 minutes with no phone call by 4:30 PM to tell me that the furniture was still delayed. I called Nanda one again and was told that the cambelt on the truck had broken and they were sending another truck. At this point with no customer service and no phone calls from a company that is supposed to be a better moving company, I had to involve the police and threaten legal action to get my furniture delivered. The supervisor told me on arrival with my furniture at 17:27 that the fanbelt had broken and not the cambelt on the truck. Not only is this company using broken trucks to deliver furniture but they also cant get their stories straight with the client? My fridge is also badly damaged on all sides as well as a table which has been left for me to sort out after settling all accounts in full?
