Firstly the moving company was late and then when the truck left our complex, he bumped into the gate - breaking ALL the electric wiring and parts of the gate.
I've got photos to prove this.
When I spoke to the moving company the driver apparently said his truck never touched the gate. This all happened on the 28th of August 2013. I've mailed and mailed Dreamz logistics but all they keep saying is they have to report the incident and will then get back to me.
They do read my emails as I get the read receipts but hardly ever respond.
My washing machine, chest freezer and fridge also got damaged with the move!!
