I bought a car from Toyota McCarthy, when I took the car for a service I was told the warranty is null and void because the car had been involved in an accident. I took the car back to McCarthy, I waited for a long time before they could give me attention. The car was eventually taken for repairs at BMW Auto Mhlanga, whilst they were test driving it someone bumped into them. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and still have no car. They are telling me today that I need to claim from my insurance to have the car fixed. McCarthy Kingsmead refused to be involved because the car was not with them. I gave my car to McCarthy. They should have done a thorough check before selling me this car. I am paying so much for this car and I am now driving a Toyota Eteos. I want McCarthy to deal with BMW, and in the mean time give me a car that is in the same range as my car. I gave my car to them, I have no dealings with BMW. So angry a stress. How can pay so much and end driving a toyota Etos. very upset this is no way of dealing with a customer.
