I took my car into Renault Bryanston for the second time with the same issue. They took it into mayfair Gearbox this time around after I specifically requested that they do.
I have been waiting over 3 days for Mayfair gearbox to diagnose and quote renault for the repairs.
I called Mayfair this morning to find out what the status is, and I spoke to Jacky who then told me that My car still has not been tested. There's no quote all because a mechanic was in a motorbike accident. I don't know where I fit into this picture.
on top of that, Renault Bryanston have not given me a courtesy car despite their 48hr policy which states as below:
"As for loan vehicle or confiance vehicle only after 48 hrs if we cannot repair or find the fault a vehicle will be made available OR if parts not available in the country."
I have been the one doing follow ups with Renault instead of them giving me a progress report.
I'm the one having to ask for a courtesy car, even though one is due to me.
I have incurred expenses using public transport. I was 2 hours late for work, having left my house the same time I do when I use my car.
I don't know what to do now
