Bought a total nightmare from Rothman's Auto.
At first the service & response were prompt but seems like that's gone when they've realised that the car they've sold to me is the real thing...(a problem that will not go away)
Don't like bashing people, therefore I will leave all the details for later and warn people if need be.
Have escalated the issue and resolving suggestion to Ron and I assume the owner Ian Rothman but got no feedback from Ian as yet.
Also preparing to take this to the RMI if they are RMI members, then National consumer commission and Ombudsman afterwards if I do not get a response or a fair resolution for both parties. But first I will wait and see if this can be resolved inhouse!
I have already spent way too much money from my own pocket and shouldn't have in the first place.
Come forward and show that you will backup the line that you so proudly advertise...
