2013-06-26 parts for my bike in June 2013. I had to pay immediately for the parts and was told that it would take 14 days for all the parts to arrive. It is now the end of August 2013 and still my parts have not arrived. They cant even keep me up to date concerning my order, I have to phone them each time and everytime I do so tha Sales agent is rude. I cant believe that there is still companies out there which does not know how to deal with customers and run a business proparly.
