VERY DISAPPOINTED

On 21 August 2013 we took our Hyundai Sonata for a service and on arrival asked them to please check the front brakes as it is making a noise.
When collecting the vehicle we were told that the there is 20% left on the front brakes but that they dont have stock to replace the brakes.
The service department told us that they will follow up on stock and come back to us.
On the 28th August 2013 I phoned again and spoke to the service department to find out what is happening and whether they got stock cause the brakes are really not as they are suppose to be.
I was told that they will follow up and get back to me. STILL NO RESPONSE.

Can it be so difficult to check stock and let me know?
