The staff are very friendly and efficient - quite happy to go the extra mile.
the member of staff who dropped me off after i gave in our vehicle even opened the door for me to get in - something that i appreciated tremendously since it was raining very hard. and they provided a lift even though my husband forgot to arrange it beforehand.
the member of staff who's dealt with our queries, bookings etc has a friendly disposition and deals very well with the clients. she also happily stayed an extra few minutes due to me being unable to collect the keys before they closed up for the day. i heard her on the phone with a difficult client (it's easy to spot them, i'm one myself), and she handled herself very well - never getting agitated or showing frustration.
for someone who hates dealing with services like these, i was pleasantly surprised and would recommend them any time.
