Demo vehicle sold as"new" under false pretence

In Feb 2010 I purchased a Renault Sandero 1, 4 from The Glen branch in Gauteng. I asked for a new vehicle and was told that the vehicle is new upon purchasing. In 2013 I took the vehicle to Renault Bryanston for a service, and was advised that it was due to "cambelt replacement". I requested more details on this as the vehicle is only 3 years and on 60, 000 KM. I was told that the vehicle's warranty started running in September 2009, but I purchased it in February 2010. Renault The Glen to me and sold me a vehicle under false pretence. I have raised this matter with Renaul SA, who has promised to get back to me, but has dismally failed to do so. I contacted Collen Nell who owned the dealership in 2010, and he is liaising with Renault SA and will still come back to me, but unfortunately never does.
