I applied for finance on corsa utility on Wednesday 21/8. Finance was only put threw on Thursday 22/8 9:30
Was small problem had pre approval sms to me by bank at 10:45 on 22/8. Same day with in 1 hour.
Contacte F&I lady and informned her. Only at 16:57 on same day was I told to fax 3 months bank statements.
Friday 23/8 I had bank statements faxed threw to her. Some lady from dealership phoned me and asked if I still want it and said yes I am taking it I have the finance. Later I phone F&I lady and was told it was at credit. Must phone on Monday to arrange everything.
Phone on Monday 26/8 and am told vehcile sold to someone else.
Could only get answers today 27/8 from Cheyhanne. She gives me this long bull story that my finance took to long. I asked her how long do I have to get finance in order before someone else gets vehicle. She said 24 to 48h. I said to her I had approval in 1 hour. She says OH well nothing she can do.
Every question I ask her she can't answer me.
I spoke to Dealer Principle and he can't answer me either.
What type of bussiness do they run that they give the vehicle to someone else.
You would think that they would strive for service excellence.
Pathetic.
