The delivery man called me and was quite rude to find out that I spoke English, not Sepedi like he expected, given my surname. He was rude, to say the least. Didn't even have the decency to apologise for being unprofessional. He didn't even tell me his name!
I am married and have two IDs. My card has my maiden name on it. When I tried to tell him that I'd be giving him both IDs because my proof of residence has my marriage surname on it, he told me he's only taking the ID with the name which appears on the card. After I'd almost destroyed the ID with my marriage surname on it, he then asked for both ID.
Please, TRAIN your people on how to speak to customers.
That man's behaviour is unacceptable!
