MAZDA5 Steering wheel locked

About 2 weeks ago a Tupperware Manager of ours saw a warning light come on, in her MAZDA5 Company Car. This had something to do with her steering wheel. They towed in the car and took it to the dealership in Lydenburg. They checked out the car and said there is nothing wrong, She can take back the car. On Sunday she drove from Middelburg to Lydenburg. The light came on again, but she kept on driving because they said there is nothing wrong. The steering wheel then got stiff and she lost control of the car and went into the curb and both wheels destroyed. Luckily she did not went past the curb, because it was a very high cliff on the other side.

How can she drive a car like that? The Dealership said there is nothing wrong. She could have died if she went off the cliff. Her business has come now to a standstill. What can be done?!

This could be a problem with other MAZDAS aswell?
