Deposit not refunded

On the 12 July 2013 I rented a car from Europcar & didn't have my credit card with me and have to pay the deposit (of R2000) with my personal savings card.
I was assured by the service attendant that the money will be paid back into my account in a weeks time after returning the car
I returned the car ant they filled it up with petrol for the amount of R60.45 witch they deducted from my account. (Invoice No: 22880206, Account No: 08888881)
After the week passed and the money was not back into my account I phoned them to find out what is going on.
I was told sorry the money will be in your account in 5 to 7 working days and I waited another 7 days.
Phoning them back I spoke to a Michel (on the 12/08/2013) and he said that I must phone the bank, the bank need to revers the money.
I phone the bank and the bank told me (as it shows me on my statement) that the money was paid into Europcar's account.
I phone back and manage to get hold of Enno (on the 14/08/2013) she told me that the money was nor reversed, but she will let the bank know to do the reversal.
This will take another 5 to 7 working days. It is now the 25/08/2013 and there in still no sign of the money
Please help me sort
