I sent a parcel via Speed Services Overnight Couriers to a client in Hazeldean, Pretoria East, 0040 on 21 August - TC 207291334ZA which was supposed to be available to the client from 10h30 this morning. The client messaged me to say that hy went to the Lynnwood Ridge Post Office to collect his parcel. They informed him that it had been sent to Menlo Park, then Tswani and then Mamelodi! I phoned Speed Services who denied responsibility (assured me it would go to Lynnwood Ridge), then the Lynnwood Ridge Post Office (tried calling more than 25x in 3 hours) but the phone seems to be off the hook or suspended. I then called the SA Post Office Head Quarters and according to them it's not the Post Office's responsibility and they will get back to me. NOBODY seems to want to take responsibility - how is that for customer service? Amazing how imcompetent companies are becoming! No wonder SAPO doesn't respond to HelloPeter complaints.
