Yesterday we used Berco xpress courier service - the drop box in PicknPay countrywide - the overnight service. we got a waybill as confirmation of drop. the agreement is that overnight parcels will be delivered by 10:30am next day. today we tried tracking the parcel (using given waybill number) both online and telephonically but they said it does not exist. I phoned their branch in Durban and spoke to operations and they seemed to be clueless. what's bothering me is that there were important documents in that parcel and they seem uninterested in trying to find it.
