Had 2 tyres fitted in Windhoek, then returned to SA. One of the tyres was damaged when fitted, which I only discovered a couple of weeks later. I contacted customer care in SA. Sent an email that evening. They contacted me the next day, and told me that they would get the Windhoek branch to contact me directly. I received a call from Mr van der Merwe from Windhoek branch the same day. He arranged for a brand new tyre to be fitted at a branch in Cape Town. The whole experience was amazing! Top marks to Supa Quick in Windhoek for taking responsibility, and following up so quickly. I will definitely be using the Supa Quick brand again.
