6 months ago I purchased a Kia Rio 1.4 tec from Kia Midrand. first I was told I can pick up my vehicle and when i arrived at the dealership they apologised and said the vehicle is not ready i must arrange to take time off again the next day to pick up the vehicle, mind you this is after weeks of the sales person requesting documents from me and receiving them promptly. Upon receiving my vehicle and having made all necessary payments i received no further communication from the sales person> I was told to come pick up my spare key and registration a week later and yet again promptly 7 days later i go back to pick up my spare keys which were supposedly delivered at the dealership just to be told on arrival they dont have it and that the people to blame are incompetent at times and are based elsewhere. long story short i received registartion plates after 2 and a half months of constant calling and mailing. 6 months later i still dont have a spare key after numerous efforts have been made. Everytime i call im told "those" people haven't brought my keys. Recently i was told the keys have only just arrived (last thursday) I am yet to receive my keys, i just hope im in luck.
