17 July 2013, I picked up my NewToyota Hilux. The seat adjustment knob of the driver's seat was missing and I received it a week later. I had ordered 35% smash and grab on the windows yet it was not done. I received the canopy two weeks after collecting the bakkie on the 30th of July. The smash and grab was supposed to be done before I received the bakkie on the 17th. During the weekend on the 10th, I noticed that the canopy had chips and scratches all around the bottom of the canopy. On the inside of the canopy there are two deep holes and the rubber is tearing off. I noticed that the canopy have two previous colors. I asked Toyota to handle it but the only thing they has done is take pictures of the canopy. Yesterday at 3 pm, we heard the bakkie's alarm go off. The next thing I know, my front driver's window is cracked without any impact of any form while standing in the shade. The same window that had just had smash and grab put on not even two weeks prior. My broker put me through to Michelle, she was very unhelpful and did not send someone from Toyota to me. Toyota have not done anything in regards to the canopy or the window and have only given me excuses.
