Mistake made in Service Booklet

In around March/April I took my car for a service, the estimate before work was done was not affordable for me so I advised the agent not to continue untill I have funds. This was done but the next day I had noticed my service book was not in my car, I called to ask for it back with no help I drove back and fetched it myself. After which I did notice the book was stamped but with someone else's details on 180 000km. I called again the next day to report it and ask for a new book. To this hour to this day I never received feedback, a lady replied to my issue after I left a msg on their facebook page but since then also no response. I refuse to keep driving to the branch when no one is willing to help me or phoning on my expense to ask for help, I keep phoning and no one ever gets back to me. Ive received bad service like this before and will never use that branch again. All I want is either a new service book or if the page could be replaced in my book?? I also just called the branch before complaining on this website and noone is willing to help, a msg was taken and I was promised to be called back. I doubt that will even happen?!?!?
