DISAPOINTING SERVICE @ MARTIME MOTORS

On the 2nd of March 2013 I went to Martime Motors in Willam Moffet, Port Elizabeth, to order a thermostat for my FIAT STRADA BAKKIE - part#F0077364. I needed the part for my bakkie especially for our trip to Cape Town the following month. Quinton Jacobs assisted me. I paid for the part with my card and he told me the part should be there by the following week. He said that he / they will phone me when the part arrives. I went to Maritime again on the 16th of March because I have not received a call from them regarding the thermostat I ordered. When I got there, they told me the part has not been ordered and Quinton does not work there anymore. The part was then ordered and Willie apologized and said it should be there soon... I kept on phoning afterwards but either Willie told me it's not in or someone said he will phone me back. I cant just go into Maritime anytime because I am out of town very often so I made calls to them.
I asked Willie why the parts are so scarce but he said that it's not a matter of the parts being scarce, but that it's at the customs and waiting to be released. Please give me someone who can help me. Now when I think of Mercedez, I think of Fiat/Martime...
