This is a continuous problem with CCD! The time they arrange for delivery of your card is always different to the time that is scheduled on their system when one has to call them to follow up!
I was contacted by CCD Couriers yesterday 14 August 2013 to arrange the delivery of my card and was told that delivery was scheduled between 9am and 11am today being 15 August 2013. But as per my last experience with CCD and their delivery time, by 10h40 I knew that I was not going to get my card between the time as was arranged.
When I called CCD this morning at 10h40 I was told that delivery is scheduled for between 11am and 1pm! The same issue as the last time when they delivered my card to me.
What they tell the customer when they contact them to arrange a time is never same as arranged!
I don't understand this! There is evidently communication issues and incompetence within this business.
