We ordered a Right Front Fender for an accident damaged (VOR) vehicle on 8 July from our local East London GM Agent. We were told the factory did not have stock, but the system reflected ETA of 19 July.
The part never arrived, and after many phone calls, we contacted the Customer Services @ GMSA.

Today, a week after the original call (5 Aug), we were told the part has arrived and is being "binned" at the moment.
We received another call stating that the part was not ordered as urgent (vehicle off road) and therefore will have to go into the dealer's stock order.. and will arrive on 16 SEPTEMBER 2013!!! This is unacceptable.
My local dealer confirmed that the part was in fact ordered correctly as VOR.
My client runs a business with his vehicle, and is not able to operate. My local dealer is trying to assist with speeding up the delivery.
The fact that the supplier cannot supply a relatively new vehicle part is shocking. Their attitude to their clients is really shocking.
I am so glad I don't drive one of their products, and I will spread the word!
