I purchased a vehicle in Nov 2012. The car was sold with a dead battery. they did not want to replace it, After fighting with them they replaced it, they sent a mechanic, who left a spanner in my engine and did not fit the new battery in properly so the battery came lose in peak traffic and a car hit me from behind. The car still wouldnt start even with the new battery. The dealership would not settle the entire amount for the car to be fixed, although it was 3 months after I bought it. In February this year my engine started smoking, when I called the dealership they would not help me with this issue he told me that there was nothing they can do.on their service book they say they checked the brakes, and spark plugs, but I changed that 3 months after buying it., the bumper started falling off in April .and in Jan the window stopped working, my window also fell into the door. 8 months later and I cannot drive this car any longer cause the gearbox and engine packed up. UBUY Motors is a rip off. They will ignore your calls and emails after you purchase their rotten faulty used vehicles!! Its honestly the worst place to buy a vehicle from cause you will be ripped off and sold junk!!
