BAD TREATMENT

The attendant at a Shell garage (Gateway) filled more fuel than requested and my son was harassed and forced to pay for fuel he did not ask for. What happened to Consumer Rights? To compound the problem a middle aged gentlemen insisted on the tank being drained, accused my son for lying (after he explained to the manager, who had left by that time) and was forced to pay with my wife card, under duress. I was told by the manager the next day, this man in question was Mr Brian Johnson, the owner.

You can imagine the commotion that accompanies these types of situations.

How does Shell allow people of this caliber to run its outlets. I have documentary proof to show i fuel my vehicle elsewhere via my business account so there was no need to fill my tank at this garage.
