I took my car in for service on Wednesday 31 July. It was my first time going to the Centurion branch to have my car serviced. From the moment I drove in, the service personnel were attentive, made me feel valued. Everyone I interacted with from the gentleman who took down my vehicle information, to the lady at the canteen and the driver who dropped me off at work were friendly and very attentive. I made it to work on time though I had already planned to be late (Due to past experiences). They do collections as well, something that other Toyota branches do not offer. My car was returned to me in great condition, all my belongings were still there (I've had stuff taken from my vehicle before at service so this was refreshing). Thank you for the great service and the fresh sandwich and Juice made avilable on the house for customers.
