This towing company removed a motorbike from the scene of an accident without permission. Then to get the bike back from them I was forced to pay a lot of money. I had access to a pick up (bakkie) and would have removed the motorbike myself, but the towing company had removed the vehicle before I was informed about the accident. My brother was the one that was involved in the accident and was in no state to give permission.
