Refusing to honour warranty

Tata Indica was serviced on 8th July by Kia Motors - Randburg. Clutch is faulty and needs replacing (for 2nd time). They say they must 1st ask Tata if they will do it. Today - 6th August we get a reply saying that they want to see photographs of the clutch before they make a decision. I must go without the car for 2 days while they take it apart, take photos??? and put it back together again. Then I must wait another month before they make a decision. All this time the clutch is getting worse.
If I was driving a top of the range merc - would I be getting this treatment? I don't think so. Last time I had to wait for 17 weeks to have the dip stick replaced.
In 35 years of accident and claim free motoring I have never in my life received such uncaring and inept service.
People reading this - I advise you seriously -DO NOT BUY TATA AS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
When one wants to seek help and contact Tata then there is just an endless series of passing the buck, cutting off of the phone and "Unavailable for comment". Believe me when I tell you that Tata is a product which has endless problems and no one to fix them.
What a farce!!! Shame on you Tata!!!
