I bought a new Ford Ranger at Eagle cnr about a year ago, in the last 6 months the turbo has been replaced twice the engine has been replaced, the intercooler, etc, etc! I received my ranger yesterday from the fourways branch, after they had it for 2 months trying to fix it, and today whilst driving the turbo has blown yet again! After contacting Eagle cnr I have been told that the car must go back to the fourways branch, who have tried fixing it the last two times. I have stressed to them that there is no way I want the same bunch of working on my car, but this seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
I run my own plumbing company, and need that vehicle to make an income. I am so angry with the quality of this vehicle, as it was sold to me as a "work horse"! I am at my wits end with Ford Eagle Cnr, who seem to pass the buck now that has been fixed at another dealership.
I want Ford Eagle cnr to give me a new vehicle!
