I phoned Romeo (1st month at GM) requesting a Chevvy Spark 2012 model with low milege on the 22nd of July. Romeo confirmed that he did have 2012 demo models, which he sent me pictures of. After signing the OTP and paying cash for the car, the registration papers I later received stated it was a 2011 model. This was never communicated via word of mouth or highlighted/ or spoken through on the OTP or Contract as legally required.
Upon seeing the Used Cars Manager and DP of the branch I have received no resolution on how to make up for the fact that I have paid the car in cash, and not received what I requested in the first place.
Romeo insists that I knew it was from 2011, however I have no record of such communication. Even my Insurance quote was for 2012 which I received before I collected the car.
If I do not have feedback by close of business tomorrow, I will be taking this up with my Lawye
