On 2013-07-30 we flew to Durban to collect our newly purchased Kia Sorento 2.5 CRDI from MMA Wholesalers. We signed documents at Aston financial services, and Tim Stanley went to fetch the vehicle, we waited about 3 hours for him. On inspection of the vehicle it was rusted on the roof. No AA Certificate was given to us of this specific vehicle. Tim Stanley of this company assured us on several occasions that this above mentioned vehicle was in 100% good condition. At about 10:30 we left Durban to return to Pretoria. About 60 km past Estcourt the vehicle water pipe burst. We contacted Tim Stanley and he sent Gerry"s Motors cc to tow us in and repair vehicle. The engine of this vehicle ceased. We are both government employees and do not have this type of money to throw around. I demand that I am reimbursed of the following expenses that I had have made. Flight tickets R1138, Bed and Breakfast R580, Taxi fairs R500, Bus Tickets to Pretoria R660, Cell Phone costs R350. Total R3228-00 within the next seven working days. If this company is not prepared to pay my cost I will consult a lawyer. I will not recommend any one to do business with them as they have not kept to their promises.
