As loyal customers to a BP garage in Rosettenville corner Verona and Prairie Street, we purchase gas on a regular basis. Upon going to refill a tank which we purchased from said store they refused to exchange because it was not a green bottle, however this bottle was purchased from them at a cost of R210 only two weeks ago. To then be told by the attendant that we had exchanged the bottle at our home! This kind of service is unbelievable as the the sign on the window clearly does not state green bottle but rather empt bottles!
