In September 2012, i bought a new Polo 2012 Car from VW in Menlyn, The car was tinted, but the inner door panels not well re-installed or fitted. I discovered this defect 5 days after taking delivery of the vehicle.. Upon discovery I went back to VW and showed stacy (Sales) my concerns, the car was then booked to the service department for them to have a look and fix the issue but they failed. The lady at service wrote me an email to say it has to go back to Stacy who sold me the car. The two ladies were just passing the buck to one another and even today ( 1 August 2013) the Car is not fixed. I am very very disappointed in the service VW rendered to me especially on my first car, I dont think i can encourage anyone dear to me to buy from VW at this stage knowing the stress they caused me.. When i look at a polo similar to mine and compare the panels one can clearly see than mine is broken..
