No Response to breakdown

I had a breakdown on Sunday night 28th July 2013. My VW polo registration HKY860NW broke down in front of the McDonalds at the Waterval mall and was towed to the Rustenburg VW and dropped off on that night. No mechanic has been assigned to see why it would not start and it has been four days now. I cannot get a courtesy car from the insurance as this is a mechanical breakdown. I now have to use unavailable public transport while waiting for the mercy of VW Rustenburg. I bought this car from the same dealership 3 years ago and now I feel that I am being taken for granted.
