Customer Care REFUSES 2 answer 75-year old lady

My new Bmw X1 was send to Lyndhurst to fix dent in Jan They kept it for 2 months. On return the car was driving in circles. I took it to Tiger Wheel&T to check the wheel alignment. They showed me that the chassis is bend and they cannot set alignment. i phoned Lyndhurst they said that i cannot complain now as a week has passed and i travelled 1000 km. The also will not accept my report from a non dealer. Body panels did not lign up, rattles in door as stuff was not fastened properly, Old parts was used but they charged for new ones! Several clips fell out, Over-spray covers whole car. Rear bumper scratches was not fixed. Door will occasionally not open. Door closes difficult. and many other faults. When i contacted Kenny he said the customer is SUPPOSE 2 diagnose and inspect the car within 1 week and report anything wrong, otherwise there will be no guarantee on shoddy workmanship. I asked him if he expects me 2 roll under the car and to dismantle body-parts 2 see if everything was done to BMW spec. Does he expect me to know the BMW specs and have engineering knowladge? The car went back second time and was returned with same faults, and Kenny does not answer my question
