I have phoned the Silverton Branch on Monday about a part for my Mazda 5. Anton (if i can recall correctly) informed me that he would check and phone me back immediately. This immediately turned into me phoning the branch manager (Marius) on Wednesday (2 days later) which he replied please hold, i holded an hour, and eventually the switchboard lady said she would ask him to call me back. This is now Thursday already, and still Marius or Anton are calling me.
This was all after I went to the Branch at The Glen which they informed me that the branch at Silverton have the part, but I must just make sure with them. (The branch at The Glen can train the Silverton branch, concerning service - just a tipp)
Pathetic service to say the least.
