In the below link there is a glowing compliment and the self assurance that I would get what was owed to me in full, however 2 months later and I have still not received the outstanding cash back, I am now being ignored by everyone and even a threat to go to the National Consumer commission got me NO RESPONSE. (I have since filed the complaint with them). In my last email to Franco Stocchi I asked for the payment to be made by Friday 26th July OR for them to contact me and give a reason why it wasent done... and Nothing!!
I therefore Make this statement. DO NOT BUT A GWM VEHICLE FROM THIS BRANCH, they lie, ignore and string along hoping you will give up and go away. To GWM I say KEEP YOUR MONEY a lesson like this is priceless and I will be sharing my views on every forum available!!!
