I would like to lodge a complaint about the GM of Citroen (The Glen) in Johannesburg. When I purchased my car I included smash & grab windows which were not done when I took delivery of my Citroen DS4. I to accept not having arranged for them to be fitted immediately due to work constraints. When I was eventually ready to do so in June when I was on leave, I was given the run around by the dealership. The initial story was that they need to search for my file with the order number from their storage room. I have since had no joy and when I am told that the dealership is closed and that Dylan himself is busy to attend to my query as he is "busy with meetings and I am free to contact the head office if I want to". Clearly customers are not priority and when the dealership shut its doors no notification was sent to the clients. I am not happy with the service and personally think Dylan is not the right manager nor ambassador for the brand!!! Please assist as I have paid for the smash & grabs.
