Jake "can't remember" where he got my email addres

I got SPAM from Jake. He doesn't know where he got my email address from other than "The Internet" and "my address book" and "my friends address books". I explained that he is obliged to disclose the source of my email address, but he claimed again to not know. Jake wasn't rude, but said he had to go. I suspect Jake is using a SPAM outfit to do the harvesting of emails on his behalf. Here are some details:
