I made an online purchase on the Incredible Connection website on Wednesday (24 July). Once my order was settled I was given a Waybill number to use to track my package using the RAM website. I kept tracking my package constantly. On Monday (29 July) morning when I track my package the RAM website said the package is on its way to delivery. I then decided to skip school and wait for my package. Note that my phone was fully charged and operating just fine.
I waited the whole day and heard nothing from RAM. I then decided to track my package one more time, lo and behold the website now returned a message that read "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN PTA - C-CONTACT PERSON NOT AVAILABLE.". Who did they contact? because I didn't receive any phonecall, no sms, no missed call, no voicemail, no nothing. I tried calling them however the pre-recorded voice on the other end of the call said the business hours are 8am to 5pm (if I remember correctly). Now I must call them again in the morning and find out what happened and hopefully make other arrangements, probably may need to skip school again. In my opinion RAM does not value their clients. I'm very disappointed, may never use their service again
