I went into Renew-it Edenvale and was overwhelmed by the great service. The friendly receptionist greeted me, emphathised with the story of my accident, and took all my details efficiently. While doing so, the assessors went to go view my car and within minutes had taken the photos they needed and were done. Before I could turn around I had a delicious steaming cappucino slid over to me by the very charming Amedeo. I sat down to drink my coffee just enjoying the atmostphere and watched as all customers were treated with the same friendly and outgoing level of service. All the staff were friendly and made me feel at home. Then I even got a little chocolate from Amedeo while I drank my coffee. I left with a smile on my face. Who knew having an accident could be this rewarding!
