When I called Kia Northcliff after been referred there by Kia Randburg as they were too busy to assist me I was put in contact with Mrs Palm (forgot her first name) in the service department. After explaining to her that I was concerned with my brakes making a scraping noise and that I was going away to George on Thursday morning she insisted that I bring my car in immediately (13:30) to have the workshop take a look at it for me. When I arrived there I chatted to Mrs Palm and she said that she would arrange for my car to be moved into the workshop. Within 5 minutes of been there my car was on the lift and been taken looked at. After they discovered that the brake pads needed to be replace they phoned for authorization and the new brake pads were fitted right away. This whole process did not take longer than 1 hour. I would like to thank the entire team at Kia Northcliff and especially Mrs Palm and her service team for their awesome and friendly service. They made me feel so welcome and I will be definitely sending my car there in the future. The rest of the country should take a page out of there book when I comes to great service. WELL DONE!!! YOU MADE MY DAY!!!
