I went and test drive the New Kia Rio Tec on 01-05-2013 and I applied for finance got finance and everything. Germiston dealership did say that the car is on demand and it can take a while but almost 3 months it's pathetic.
I then contacted headoffice on 21-06-2013 and asked them what's the problem, if you signed a purchase to order then why is it taking so long... He then told me (Brendan) that I can email him (emailed 21-06-2013 @ 09:48am), but he can't make any promises but he will contact me on Monday afternoon. I never heard anything from him so I emailed him again on 25-06-2013 @ 11:45am still nothing I did received read receipts so he did received my emails... I then emailed him again on 08-07-2013 @ 08:36 am and ques what still nothing.. If there is a big demand on the car why are they not getting more in... Now I heard that the prices went up. I'm so dissapointed in they way they are handling this. [Email Removed]
