I received excellent service from Steven at Shell rosettenville. I had a problem with my fleet petrol card, thetransaction got declined and the petrol attendant gave me the slip that showed that the transaction was declined.
Steven, the manager I believe, called around with his own phone to try and get the reason why it declined. He eventually figured it out with the help of my colleague and I paid with the fleet card. He personally helped me with the payment and he was very friendly.
Steven was courteous and did his best to resolve the matter for me, he gave me very good service and I will fill up petrol at his petrol station even though the area is far from my workplace and home. I will try to only fill up petrol at Shell Rosettenville
